Sanctum Stay was the brand name of an affordable housing product developed by Linda's family in partnership with Pitman Properties, a Brisbane based construction company that targeted providing housing for income marginalized key workers. Projects included the development of a 60 room/suites key worker lodging project for miners in Emerald, Queensland, Australia. Subsequently converted to the "Route 66 Motor Inn", this was followed by the "Sanctum Villas" development in Rogers Parade, Brisbane, a 28 unit townhouse project which carries the "Sanctum Villas" name to this day. Linda left Australia in Dec 2005 for Florida to undertake an MBO of her mother's firm, Good Service Realty. (GSR) a DBPR licensed realty firm that started trading in 1972. Currently in NZ until end Q4 '22, Linda will be assuming management control of GSR, rebranding the firm and focusing on going concern NZ farms as sanctuary investments for successful US businesspersons who have an interest in furthering cross-border agribiz activity between NZ and the US as NZ investor-visa holding residents.

Close to the heart of Ft Lauderdale's yacht repair and maintenance hub employing thousands of "key workers" needing affordable lodging, the onset of the Global Financial Crisis disrupted a project that would have added a new investment property projects division to Good Service Realty.
The rebranding of the firm sees the relaunch of the "Sanctum Stay" projects division but with a NZ product focus.
